Terms of Service

These terms govern bookings and payments on the SNAP IN CANCUN website (www.snapincancun.com), operated by 스튜디오 머그음 (Studio [mug:um]) ("we").

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for booking and paying for our photo sessions in Cancun, the Riviera Maya and the Yucatán Peninsula, Mexico, and the rights and duties of both parties.

We provide package information, online booking, deposit payment, on-site photo sessions and photo delivery. Duration, locations, photo counts and prices for each package are as shown on the Packages page.
No account is required.

Your booking is confirmed when you choose a package, date and time, enter your details, agree to these terms and the booking & refund policy, and complete the deposit (or full) payment. We send a confirmation email.
Unpaid requests hold the time slot for 24 hours and then expire.

All prices are for 2 people. Cards issued in Korea pay the KRW price shown on the Korean pages; cards issued outside Korea pay the USD price.
For deposit packages you pay 50% online when booking and the remaining 50% on site after the session. Full-payment packages are paid in full when booking.
Each additional person is USD 50 (KRW 68,000), paid on site.
Online payments are processed by our payment providers (card / easy pay), bank transfer or PayPal. We do not store card numbers.

If you cancel: more than 1 week before the shoot, 100% of the deposit is refunded; between 1 week and 48 hours before, 50%; within 48 hours, no refund.
The weekday 1-hour promotion is non-refundable if you cancel.
If weather makes the shoot impossible, we reschedule, or refund 100% if you can't change the date.
If we cannot provide the session for our own reasons, we refund the full amount paid.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days. See the Booking & Refund Policy page for details.

We send the meeting place and time before the shoot by KakaoTalk, WhatsApp or email. Late arrival counts toward the session time.
The route may change with weather, seaweed or local conditions, in agreement with you.
Outfits, makeup, props, entrance fees and transport are your responsibility unless the package lists them as included.

We deliver all color-edited photos via Google Drive within 5 days on average (7 days at most), and fully retouched selections within 30 days of receiving your choices.
Files are deleted 3 months after the shoot, so please download them in time.
Copyright stays with us (the photographer). You may use the photos freely for personal purposes; commercial use needs our agreement.
We may share results on our website and social media. Tell us in your booking notes or at any time if you'd rather we didn't.

For events beyond our control (natural disasters, storms, government restrictions, flight cancellations), our liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding the amount paid.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings caused by the customer.
