Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your booking is confirmed when you pay a 50% deposit online; the balance is paid on site after the shoot. Cancel more than 1 week ahead for a 100% deposit refund, 1 week to 48 hours ahead for 50%, and within 48 hours there is no refund. If rain makes shooting impossible, we reschedule or refund 100%.
Booking & Payment
- Shoot dates from December 7, 2026 to March 7, 2027 are available.
- Pay a 50% deposit online and your booking is confirmed immediately.
- The remaining 50% is paid on site after the shoot.
- All prices are in US dollars (USD).
- The Daytime 1-Hour Promotion requires full payment at booking and can only be booked for shoot dates within 14 days.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel more than 1 week before your shoot: 100% of the deposit is refunded.
- Cancel between 1 week and 48 hours before your shoot: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- Cancel within 48 hours of your shoot: the deposit is non-refundable.
- The Daytime 1-Hour Promotion is non-refundable if you cancel.
- Travel fees are non-refundable in all cases. We will always tell you in advance if a separate travel fee applies.
Weather (Rain)
- Cancun has a tropical climate. Outside of storms, rain rarely lasts more than 30 minutes.
- If it rains on your shoot day, we wait up to 30 minutes. If shooting still isn't possible, we reschedule.
- If you can't reschedule, you get a 100% refund.
During the Shoot
- All prices are for 2 people. Each additional person is USD 50 regardless of age; please contact us for groups.
- We move on foot and by public transport during the shoot (except sessions that include a van or ferry).
- The route may change on the day depending on local conditions.
- Shoot time includes outfit changes. If you arrive late, the delay counts toward your shoot time.
- Prices cover photography only. Please arrange your own outfits, makeup, props, entrance fees and transport (unless a session lists them as included).
Photo Delivery
- Within 1 week after the shoot, we upload all originals to Google Drive and send you the link by KakaoTalk, WhatsApp or email.
- Choose the photos you'd like retouched, and we'll add them to the same folder within 30 days of receiving your selection.
- Originals are deleted 3 months after the shoot, so please download them and send your selection in time. If you select within 3 months, the folder stays for 3 more months from your selection date, plus 1 month after you receive the retouched photos.
Retouching
- Premium retouching includes Lightroom color grading plus Photoshop retouching and detailed corrections.
- We retouch to match the mood of the day. We do not do heavy body or face reshaping.
- Face/expression swaps, lengthening one person's height, background removal, dress wrinkle fixes and turning a cloudy day sunny are not included by default and cost extra if requested.
Sharing Photos
- Photos may appear on our website and social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). If you'd prefer they don't, just let us know in the notes when you book.
