When can I book a shoot?

For the 2026-2027 season, shoot dates from December 7, 2026 to March 7, 2027 are available.

What if there are more than two of us?

All prices are for two people. Each additional person is USD 50 regardless of age, paid on site after the shoot. Please contact us for groups.

Payment & Refunds

How do I pay the deposit from the US or Canada?

Choose USD payment and pay with a card issued outside Korea (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, etc.) or PayPal. You pay the USD deposit as is, with no currency conversion on our side.

When and how do I pay the balance?

The remaining 50% is paid on site after the shoot, in US dollars. The Daytime 1-Hour Promotion is paid in full when you book.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Cancel more than 1 week before your shoot for a 100% deposit refund, or between 1 week and 48 hours before for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. The Daytime 1-Hour Promotion is non-refundable if you cancel.

Can I pay in Korean won?

Yes. Choose KRW payment to pay with a Korean card, Korean easy-pay apps or bank transfer. Prices are set in USD, and the KRW amount is calculated with that day's Export-Import Bank of Korea rate and shown before you pay.

The Shoot

What happens if it rains?

Outside of storms, rain in Cancun rarely lasts more than 30 minutes. If it rains on your shoot day, we wait up to 30 minutes. If shooting still isn't possible, we reschedule, or refund 100% if you can't change the date.

What is the best time of day for photos in Cancun?

Sunrise is our most popular time: we start 15 minutes before sunrise for calm, dramatic light on an empty beach. The blue sky and emerald water look most vivid in the morning. Cancun's Hotel Zone beaches face east, so for a sunset over the sea we recommend the Isla Mujeres session.

Can you photograph us inside our all-inclusive resort?

Yes. Each resort has its own policy for outside photographers, and most require a photography permit, usually sold as a day pass. Permits cost about USD 120 to 300 depending on the resort and are paid separately from the session price. Add your hotel name when you book, or ask us beforehand, and we'll check your resort's policy for you. Sessions normally take place on Cancun's public beaches, where no permit fee applies.

Where do the shoots take place?

Our main locations are Playa Delfines and Playa Lagarto in Cancun's Hotel Zone, plus Isla Mujeres, the Pink Lagoon (Las Coloradas), cenotes and Valladolid. With a custom session we can shoot anywhere on the Yucatán Peninsula, including Tulum, Playa del Carmen and Chichén Itzá.

Where do we meet, and how do we get around?

Before your shoot we'll message you on WhatsApp or KakaoTalk with the exact meeting point and time. We move on foot and by public transport during the shoot. The Pink Lagoon tour includes a private van, and the Isla Mujeres session includes the ferry and a golf cart.

Do you provide outfits or makeup?

Prices cover photography only, so please arrange your own outfits, makeup and props. Shoot time includes outfit changes.

Do you photograph anniversaries for older couples?

Yes. We love anniversary and vow-renewal sessions for every generation, as well as honeymoons, families, destination weddings, friends and travel photos.

Do you speak English?

Yes. Our lead photographer works in both English and Korean, so mixed-language families and partners are very welcome.

Getting Your Photos

When and how will we get our photos?

Within 1 week of the shoot we upload all originals to Google Drive and send you the link. Choose the photos you'd like retouched and we'll add them to the same folder within 30 days.

Do we get all the original photos?

Yes, every session includes all original photos. Originals are deleted 3 months after the shoot, so please download them in time.

What does retouching include?

Premium retouching includes Lightroom color grading and Photoshop retouching. We edit to match the mood of the day and don't do heavy reshaping, face swaps, background removal or turning a cloudy day sunny by default.

Will our photos be posted on social media?

Photos may appear on our website and social media. If you'd prefer they don't, just add a note when you book.
